Nairana Cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, gas cook-top and electric oven with range-hood extraction fan and microwave. The bathroom has a separate spa bath and shower and the laundry contains a washing machine, clothes dryer and trough. Heating includes a heater in the lounge area and portable electric heater in the bedroom, with a ceiling heater in the bathroom and electric blankets on the beds.

The unit is set in the forest amongst the wallabies and birds and has a private balcony overlooking the South Bruny Ranges. The balcony has a gas barbeque and deck chairs and undercover parking is also available.
