Accommodation Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policy for Inala bookings

• When booking within 90 days of arrival, you must pay the full amount at the time of booking.
• Cancellations between 90 and 46 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost.
• Cancellations 46 days or less before arrival will incur 100% of the total cost. No refund applies.
• If Inala cancels your accommodation or tour for any reason, we will refund all payments in full.
