Accommodation Cancellation/Refund Policy

Booking 90 days or less before your scheduled arrival

• Full payment is required when you make a booking, any additional tours added as part of your stay will be charged as the balance 90 days prior.
• Cancellations between 90 days and 46 days prior to your scheduled arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation or & tour cost.
• Cancellations 46 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation cost (i.e. no refund)

NB: If for some unforeseen reason Inala needs to cancel your accommodation booking, then Inala will refund you all payments made.
