Booking Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set forth the agreement between you and Inala Nature Tours upon booking any of our tours or related services. The document can be downloaded here.

“Inala” or “we” means – Inala Nature Tours Limited.

By booking a tour or service with us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, the Terms and Conditions stated on your booking form shall apply to your tour or service, unless otherwise agreed in writing

 Deposit & Payment

  • A deposit of 25% of the total tour or service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit, together with a completed booking form, will secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 90 days prior to the commencement of the tour or service.

  • All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment in other currencies may be accepted by prior written agreement, and additional transfer or conversion fees may apply.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation by the guest at any time after the deposit has been paid will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit. This policy reflects the administrative costs incurred by Inala in designing, coordinating, booking, and modifying tours, as well as any non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers on your behalf.

  • If we can fill your place on the tour and recover the associated costs, we may, at our discretion, offer to apply a portion of your forfeited deposit toward a future tour booking. Such arrangements are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

  • Cancellations between 90-46 days prior to departure incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost.

  • Cancellations 45 days or less prior to departure incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour cost (i.e. no refund).

  • If Inala Nature Tours need to cancel a group tour, due to undersubscription, Inala will refund to you all payments made for the tour.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed nights, activities, or services resulting from circumstances beyond the control of Inala Nature Tours, including but not limited to flight cancellations, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, Inala will make every reasonable effort to ensure the tour proceeds as close as possible to the original itinerary.

  • No refund will be made for portions of your tour or travel services that you choose to opt out of, such as additional excursions or meals

  • No refund will be made if you are unable to provide a medical certificate when requested to do so. If requested, medical certificates must be provided no later than 6 months from the departure date.

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any financial losses resulting from cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is mandatory for participation in all international tours operated by Inala. Proof of adequate coverage may be requested prior to departure.

Cancellations with short notice are difficult to re-book, due to the long lead time required to secure reservations. Additionally, significant administrative time and non-recoverable expenses are incurred in the planning and coordination of tours.

  • Each participant is responsible for bringing appropriate clothing and equipment, as recommended in the correspondence with Inala.
  • If in our reasonable opinion or in the reasonable opinion of any other person in authority, you or any member of your party behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to property or fauna, we are entitled, without prior notice, to terminate the tour of the person(s) concerned. Travel Insurance

We offer a personalised service for our guests, who often make reservations with us well in advance.
