WINTER SPECIAL 2025: Between May 1st and August 31st we are running a winter special. Book two nights and get a third nights stay for free in Inala or Nairana cottage.

Inala offers 3 accommodation options for families, groups and couples on South Bruny Island in Tasmania.

Two cottages are located within the Inala Nature Reserve; Inala Cottage - the original three bedroom farmhouse, and Nairana Cottage - a modern one bedroom spa retreat. For an ultimate "off-grid" experience, Lyenna Cottage is a two-bedroom beachfront property at Mickys Bay, a 15 minute drive from the Inala Reserve. All our cottages have a two night minimum stay.

Accommodation includes entry to the Jurassic Garden and Nature Museum. You can also explore the walking trails, bird hides and Pardalote platform within the Inala Nature Reserve. Check-in is from 2pm and check-out by 10am.

Inala Cottage

The Inala Cottage offers 3 bedroom accommodation in the Inala Nature Reserve on Bruny Island which can sleep up to 7 people. Perfect for groups of birding friends to share.

Nairana Cottage

Nairana Cottage is a 1 bedroom spa retreat cottage within the Inala Nature Reserve on Bruny Island.

Lyenna Cottage

Lyenna Cottage is a 2 bedroom beachfront property with 100 private acres on South Bruny Island which can sleep up to 4 people.
