The house is the original 3-bedroom cottage that was formerly the farmhouse on the property. The cottage was recently renovated, is of 4 star standard and is set in idyllic surroundings next to a tree-lined stream in a private setting in forest/pasture surrounds with views of the South Bruny Ranges and tall eucalypt forest.

The garden around the cottage includes an entertainment/eating area with a gas barbeque and picnic table/chairs.

Master bedroom: 1 x queen size bed ( en-suite all-access bathroom )
Second bedroom: 2 x single beds

Inala Cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, electric oven and microwave oven, a TV and VCR, washing machine and clothes dryer.

The main bathroom has a separate bath and shower and there is an ensuite bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom. Heating includes a wood fire heater and inbuilt electric heater, ceiling heater in bathroom and electric blankets on the beds.
