Booking Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline our agreement with you when you book one of our tours or other services.  The document can be downloaded here.

“Inala” or “we” means – Inala Nature Tours Limited throughout this document

By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to vary our terms and conditions from time to time.  The terms and conditions detailed on your booking form will be the terms and conditions applied to your tour unless expressly agreed otherwise.

 Deposit & Payment

  • A deposit of 25% of the tour cost is due at the time of booking. This, along with a completed booking form, will secure your booking;
  • Your balance is due 90 days before the tour or service begins.
  • Payment is accepted in Australian Dollars ($AU). We may be able to accept payment in other currencies by prior agreement, however additional transfer fees may apply.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation by the guest any time after the deposit is paid incurs loss of the full deposit.  This is necessary to cover Inala costs incurred when designing, co ordinating, booking and altering tours as well as early supplier deposits paid to secure your booking.  If, however, we can fill your place on the tour, and recoup deposit funds, we may be in a position to reallocate some of your deposit to another tour booking if you so wish. Such requests are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
  • Cancellations between 90-46 days prior to departure incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost.
  • Cancellations 45 days or less prior to departure incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour cost (i.e. no refund).
  • If Inala Nature Tours need to cancel a group tour  due to undersubscription, then Inala will refund you all payments made to Inala by you for that tour.
  • No refund will be made for lost nights or services incurred for reasons outside the control of Inala for example flight cancellations or adverse weather.  Should such a circumstance occur Inala will do our utmost to ensure that tour runs as close to the itinerary as is reasonably possible
  • No refund will be made for portions of your tour or travel services that you choose to opt out of such as additional excursions or meals

We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover you for any financial losses incurred for cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.  Travel insurance is a requirement for participation in all our international tours.

Cancellations with short notice are often difficult to re-book due to the long lead time most clients require to secure reservations. In addition, considerable time and expense is incurred.
